Each guest will work from their own individual workstation to prepare a starter of green papaya salad with a sweet and zesty dressing. Then, you’ll move onto smooth and creamy Thai coconut soup featuring chicken and a hint of chili. For the main dish, noodles with beef and Chinese broccoli. Finish off your menu with mango sticky rice, an absolute classic you'll be able to recreate at home for your loved ones.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
