Join Chef Melissa for a menu of Asian favorites in this exciting cooking class. You'll discover the diverse food cultures that make up this coastal region as you prepare a multi-course meal.

Chef Melissa will begin your journey by teaching you how to make shrimp coconut soup, ideal for mastering the balance of sweet, sour and salty flavors prized in Thai cuisine. Next, you'll grill savory Korean beef bulgogi, served with a gingery cucumber and scallion salad. End by baking up a cherry-studded, sweet sake-infused clafoutis dessert with Chantilly cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
