Explore how delicious Italian cuisine can be in this engaging cooking class. Chef Justin will teach you the techniques to craft a multi-course meal that will transport you to Italy.

To start, make arancini with saffron risotto, stuffed with Fontina and cooked until golden brown with a truffle aioli served on the side. Next, make a palate-cleansing panzanella salad, on top of focaccia with arugula and pickled fennel. Learn how to make potato gnocchi from scratch and pair it with a creamy gorgonzola sauce. Finish with decadent lemon-lavender cannoli for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
