This hands-on cooking class is the ultimate celebration of Southern comfort food.

Explore the comforting nature of authentic Southern cooking during this engaging cooking class! The talented Chef Charmaigne will help you craft a delectable Southern feast.

You'll start with a cozy bowl of vichyssoise soup made from potatoes, leeks, heavy cream and herbs. Next up, is a flavor-packed classic Creole dish, a blackened Gulf shrimp en brochette, followed by the chef's special Texas King Ranch chicken casserole, which serves as a hearty main. For dessert, you'll prepare a perfect peach cobbler, topped with a generous scoop of French vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
