In this fun and engaging cooking class, you will immerse yourself in the wonder of summer in the Mediterranean way of the kabob. Under Chef Itztli's tutelage, you'll explore the traditional Mediterranean flavors in exciting and different ways.
You'll hone your knife skill by chopping and slicing a variety of produce for the kabobs while indulging in hummus and tabbouleh. Then learn to master the grill by watching over three different kinds of kabobs. Prepare yourself for a feast and uniquely explore some of your favorite flavors. Chef Itztli provides recipe packets, notes and resources on where to find everything taught in class for you to recreate the menu at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
