In this interactive cooking class with Chef Made Master, you will create three traditional Japanese recipes using fresh ingredients and cooking techniques that have been passed down for generations.

Begin by brewing a savory broth for ramen soup, which you'll enjoy with seasonal vegetables. Then, mix up a salad with spicy crab meat, seaweed and fresh spring greens. Finally, Chef Made Master will show you how to marinate and braise pork belly to tuck into fluffy and slightly sweet buns.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
