Learn the art of creating the ultimate traditional French bouillabaisse with Chef James.

If there is one dish that represents the South of France it’s bouillabaisse, and in this class you will learn the method behind making it yourself. Chef James has years of experience and is ready to share his trade secrets with you.

Your experience will begin with an antipasti plate followed by a fresh, seasonal salad. The main course of French bouillabaisse will be artfully prepared with seafood stock, saffron, classic San Marzano tomatoes and an abundance of fresh seafood and shellfish. Dessert is la quesada, a dish that Chef James describes as “cheesecake meets flan,” topped with local berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
