In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Timothy, you'll be led through a session of learning how to prepare sweets with made special with added gourmet touches.
Begin with cupcakes made from scratch, made with your choice of delicious flavors and topped with silky cream cheese frosting. Then, make your own batch of mini cheesecakes made creamy with mascarpone cheese and both heavy and sour cream. And for the finale, whip up homemade crème brûlée prepared with fresh eggs and real vanilla extract.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
