Lean into the heat of traditional Cajun cooking in this hands-on cooking experience with Chef Megan. Before preparing dishes, you will craft your own blend of spices, reflecting your heat preference, before making classic bayou-style recipes.

Start with local shrimp-stuffed eggplant complete with a crunchy top and blend of Cajun spices. Next, learn how to cook a Southern classic, BBQ shrimp and grits, with garlicky asparagus on the side, and another Cajun favorite: Banana pudding layered with cookies and pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
