In this hands-on class, Chef Samantha will expertly guide you through the creation of four traditional American-Chinese dishes that are sure to satisfy your takeout cravings.
Chef Samantha will begin the class by teaching you how to brew a soul-warming batch of egg drop soup with swirling strands of eggs floating in a light, savory broth. Then, you will learn how to make a healthier homemade sesame chicken, and how to build layers of flavor in Chinese fried rice. Lastly, you will end with a fun banana-mango wonton dessert!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
