In this hands-on cooking class, you will create a vibrant meal showcasing time-honored Italian cooking techniques and fresh regional ingredients. Your chef instructor will share tips for perfectly preparing proteins, building luxurious sauces and infusing flavor into every dish from the first bite to the last.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
