With guidance from a world-class chef, you’ll create three mouthwatering types of brioche: indulgent chocolate brioche babkas with a soft inside and crunchy outside, fluffy brioche donuts tossed in sugar and savory brioche rolls infused with aromatic herbs and cheese. This class is a sweet-smelling introduction to the flaky world of French pastries.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
