Groups will divide and conquer a flavorful spread of traditional meals, boosting their kitchen skills and their bonds. Practice making and using a roux to create thick, bold sauces. Discover the flavors of the South by grilling up Louisiana-style BBQ shrimp, authentic cajun gumbo and a mouthwatering bananas foster. Get comfortable with a little heat in the kitchen, both literal and metaphorical with this immersive experience.
