Learn how far you can take a simple French bake in a cooking class that puts classic brioche up on a pedestal. By following your first-rate instructor, you'll learn to bake fresh brioche from scratch and incorporate it into a trio of treats, including rich chocolate babka, decadent donuts savory cheese and herb rolls.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
