Once you've honed your skills, you'll craft cheddar and hickory sliders with homemade beef patties and a secret Chef's sauce. Followed by braised baby back ribs enhanced by smoky chipotle BBQ flavors and served with a smashed potato salad and coleslaw. For dessert, you'll indulge in a blueberry grunt with steamed buttermilk biscuits and ice cream.
Weather permitting, this menu can also be made indoors if it’s too cold outside.
