Join Chef Shovan and learn to craft an authentic Indian feast from scratch, using traditional techniques and fresh, flavorful ingredients. You'll create a menu that includes favorites like vegetable samosas and coconut shrimp curry, as well as dishes like Amritsari fish, which is a lightly battered fish packed with plenty of spice. For dessert, you'll make a wonderfully fragrant rosewater halwa.
