Explore a tale of two cultures in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Megan, where the unexpected symphony of flavors from Southeast Asia meets Cajun spice from the Louisiana bayou.

Begin by preparing spring rolls filled with the flavors of a shrimp boil and hearty vegetables, and fry rice with pineapple, crab and oyster sauce. For the entrée, Chef Megan will teach you how to brew the perfect beef short rib ramen in a savory broth with fresh noodles, and whip up matcha panna cotta with heavy cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
