After selecting the best ingredients to create a fresh and seasonal pasta-centric menu, you will then venture from the grocer to Chef James' to begin creating four amazing culinary masterpieces with your hand-picked ingredients. A couple of recipes you can look forward to creating include authentic Italian pasta with seasonal vegetables, and a divine dessert: La quesada.
A personalized tour of a local, artisan grocer is included with this experience. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
