Forego your favorite Chinese takeout by joining this cooking class. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll practice traditional culinary techniques and pick up authentic recipes. Begin by preparing hot and sour soup and making scallion pancakes. Next is a classic honey sesame chicken with a side of ginger beef and scallion lo mein.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
