Begin by making crispy salmon cakes with green onions and bell peppers served with a vibrant citrus aioli. Next, sear a ribeye steak infused with garlic and rosemary and sauté fresh broccolini for your side dish. For dessert, Chef Deaundra will show you how to make a decadent bread pudding drizzled with vanilla cream sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
