Two Ingredient Soda Pop Cupcakes

Description
It doesn't get any easier than two-ingredient cupcakes! For best results, use a fruit-flavored carbonated beverage, such as orange, grape, strawberry or lemon-lime.
Ingredients:
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ White Cake Mix
- 1 can (12 oz) carbonated beverage of choice
- 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Frosting (any flavor), if desired
Directions:
- Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
- In large bowl, beat dry cake mix and carbonated beverage with electric mixer on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping side of bowl occasionally. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
- Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove from pans to cooling rack; cool completely, about 30 minutes. Spread frosting on cupcakes. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
