Tater-Topped Sausage-Egg Bake

Description

Top your egg bake with tots! This easy sausage-cheese-egg bake is perfect for a crowd and can be frozen ahead of time.

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 lb cooked ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (2 cups)
  • 1 bag Cascadian Farm™ Spud Puppies™ frozen organic crispy golden potatoes

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In medium bowl, beat eggs, water and milk until fluffy. Fold in sausage and cheese.
  3. Pour egg mixture into baking dish. Top with frozen potatoes.
  4. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until center is set. Serve immediately.
