These cookies take everything you love about s'mores—gooey marshmallows, melty chocolate, and graham crackers—and flip them inside out. Imagine biting into a soft, chocolatey cookie only to find that nostalgic s’more flavor inside. It’s like a bite-sized campfire treat—no tent or bug spray required.
Ingredients:
- 1 pouch Betty Crocker™ Limited Edition Soft Baked Chocolate Crinkle Cookie Mix
- 1 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs, divided
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup Betty Crocker™ Chocolate Sprinkles
- 1/4 cup Betty Crocker™ Cupcake Gems - Pearls
- 15 regular marshmallows, halved
Directions:
- Heat oven to 350 ºF . In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cookie mix, 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, butter, eggs, and water until a dough forms. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls (about 1 rounded tablespoon)
- In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs and the sprinkles and gems. Roll the dough balls in the sprinkle mixture to coat.
- Place the cookies 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet and press down to flatten slightly. Top each cookie with 1/2 marshmallow, cut side down, and press it into the cookie to adhere.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown. Cool for 2 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely or enjoy warm.
