Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 lb thick-sliced bacon (10 to 12 slices)

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with foil. Place wire rack on foil. Spray rack and foil with cooking spray.
  2. In large resealable food-storage plastic bag, place brown sugar. Separate bacon slices, and place in bag; shake to coat.
  3. Arrange bacon in single layer on rack. Bake 20 minutes.
  4. Turn bacon slices; brush with bacon drippings and brown sugar mixture. Bake 16 to 20 minutes longer, or until golden brown. Cool completely on rack, about 15 minutes.
