Bisquick Rolled Biscuits

Description

Breakfast, lunch or dinner–this rolled biscuit recipe is a welcome addition to any meal! Serve these Bisquick™ Rolled Biscuits with butter and jam for breakfast, use them as a sandwich for lunch or even in place of dinner rolls.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. In medium bowl, stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
  2. Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
