3 Ingredient Pumpkin Spice Dump Cake

When you’re in a hurry, on a schedule, or working in a smaller kitchen, dump cakes are a great option to pull together something special, simply. They call it a dump cake because all you have to do is “dump” all the ingredients in a bowl, and you’re pretty much done! Betty’s pumpkin spice dump cake recipe takes it to the next level by helping you save time, skip steps, and still enjoy the fabulous flavors of fall.
Ingredients:
- 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Spice Cake Mix
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 3 eggs
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 350° F. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cake mix, pumpkin puree, and eggs until combined.
- Transfer the batter to a greased 13x9-inch pan and spread evenly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let cool to room temperature, 1 hour. Frost with Betty Crocker™ Cream Cheese frosting, if desired, and cut into pieces.
